Ensure when you submit your claim to include copies of the following documents to claims@zangi.co.za
- Certified ID of the deceased
- Certified ID copy of the person claiming
- Notice of death form BI1663
- Statement by the police – only if the death was due to unnatural causes
- Completed claim form
All claims are paid 48 hours after we have received all the required documents.
